High School Principal

Spearman ISD is accepting applications for a High School Principal for the 2026-2027 school year. Spearman is a class 2AA school district with approximately 180 students on the High School campus.  There are 28 staff members at this campus.

Start Date:   July 1, 2026 (12 month Contract)

Benefits:   District pays $466 towards employee health insurance; 5 local personal days; 5 State personal days

Salary: Salary is negotiable based on experience

Education/Certification:

• Master's degree in Educational Administration
• Texas Principal or other appropriate Texas certificate
• TTESS Appraiser

Experience:

• Minimum of Three years successful experience as a classroom teacher 
• Minimum of Three years successful experience as a campus principal or assistant principal, preferred
